Vietnamese soul. Served modern.

miibowl stands for Vietnamese cuisine — clearly thought and freshly served. Fresh, aromatic and honest — inspired by street food, with the standards of a modern brand.

The name? “mii” comes from the Vietnamese word for noodles — “bowl” is simply the vessel you get it in. Real food, direct and without the show.

No “Asia kitsch”. No trend food. Just real craft with soul.

2024
Starting point. The core idea emerges: show Vietnamese food the way we truly eat it — warm, direct, honest. Not a decorative ‘Asia show’, but real food with origin and soul.
2025
The miibowl concept becomes concrete: recipes finalized, packaging developed, kitchen workflows planned, brand defined. The first location at Marktkauf Hildesheim is being prepared — build‑out, team hiring, operations. The “miibowl” brand is officially registered as a protected trademark. Opening: 12/2025.
2026
Phase of stabilization and internal expansion. Processes are optimized, quality and team structure consolidated. Open to partnerships or franchising — but only if it fits our philosophy.
